Lezat-PUCH is an AI-powered social listening platform for content creators. Our Service allows you to: • Monitor and analyze comments across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) • Manage direct messages from a unified inbox • Detect potential brand partnership opportunities using AI • Transcribe audio and video content • Track mentions and sentiment analysis The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs and authorized data collection methods.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Collect user data without proper authorization • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
6. Meta Platform Terms
By connecting your Instagram or Facebook account to Lezat-PUCH, you agree to: Meta Platform Terms Compliance: • You authorize us to access your Instagram and Facebook data as described in our Privacy Policy • You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the accounts you connect • You understand that we use Meta's official APIs to access your data Data Usage: • We access your messages and comments solely to provide our social listening features • We do not use your Meta data for advertising purposes • We do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties for their independent use Your Responsibilities: • Ensure you have the right to connect the Instagram and Facebook accounts • Comply with Meta's terms when using content accessed through our Service • Notify us if your authorization to use connected accounts is revoked Disconnection: • You can disconnect your Meta accounts at any time through Settings • Upon disconnection, we will stop accessing new data and delete cached data within 30 days Data Deletion: • You can request deletion of all Meta-related data through our Data Deletion page • Meta can also request deletion through our callback endpoint, which we process within 24 hours
7. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights or analysis
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease • We may delete your account data after a reasonable period • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lezat-PUCH operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
