User Data Deletion

As a user of Lezat-PUCH, you have the right to: • Access your personal data stored on our platform • Request a copy of your data in a portable format • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time We are committed to honoring these rights in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

There are two ways to delete your data from Lezat-PUCH: Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended) 1. Log in to your Lezat-PUCH account 2. Go to Settings > Account 3. Scroll to "Delete Account" section 4. Click "Delete My Account" 5. Confirm your decision This will permanently delete: • Your account and profile information • All workspaces you own • Connected social media credentials • Comment analyses and insights • Mention tracking data • All other associated data Option 2: Email Request If you cannot access your account, send an email to: • Website: https://lezat.co • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/puchmedia/ Include "DATA DELETION REQUEST" in the subject line and provide: • The email address associated with your account • Your full name • Reason for deletion (optional)

Once you request account deletion: Immediate Effects: • Your account will be deactivated immediately • You will be logged out of all sessions • Your data will no longer be accessible Within 30 Days: • All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems • Third-party API tokens will be revoked (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) • Email notifications will stop Data Retention Exceptions: Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes: • Transaction records (for accounting purposes) - up to 7 years • Data required by law enforcement requests • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data Backup Deletion: Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from our systems.

Before deleting your account, please note: This action is irreversible: • Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered • You will lose access to all analyses and insights • Historical data and trends will be permanently removed Shared Workspaces: • If you own workspaces with other members, ownership must be transferred first • Or the workspace will be deleted along with your account Active Subscriptions: • Cancel any active subscriptions before deletion • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods Third-Party Data: • Comments and data on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok remain on those platforms • We only delete the copies and analyses stored in Lezat-PUCH

If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to Lezat-PUCH, you can request deletion of your Meta-related data: Self-Service Deletion: When you delete your account through Settings > Account, all Meta-related data is automatically included in the deletion. Meta Data Deletion Callback: Meta can also request deletion of your data on your behalf. We provide a secure callback endpoint that Meta uses to process deletion requests: • Callback URL: https://lezat.co/api/meta/data-deletion • Confirmation URL: https://lezat.co/data-deletion/status What Meta Data We Delete: • Instagram profile information and access tokens • Instagram comments and messages accessed via our service • Facebook page access tokens and permissions • Any cached Instagram/Facebook content • Analytics derived from your Meta accounts Processing Time: • Meta callback requests: Processed within 24 hours • Confirmation code provided for tracking Verification: After deletion, you can verify by: 1. Checking the confirmation URL with your code 2. Logging into Lezat-PUCH to confirm Meta accounts are disconnected 3. Reviewing your connected apps in Instagram/Facebook settings
